Located in the heart of Hamad International Airport's transit area, the lounge is a 2-minute walk from the iconic Teddy Bear sculpture. Guests arriving from the North Node can take the shuttle train near Gate C 30 to reach the South Node. The lounge is close to gates, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient for layover travelers.

The property operates on a pay-by-the-hour concept with specific check-in/out time slots available around the clock. A 24-hour front desk provides security with CCTV in common areas and outside, plus smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Public restrooms are located just outside the Sleep Lounge, and showers are available for an extra charge a few minutes away.
